Your comfort is our top propriety. To ensure everything is ready when you arrive, our apartments receive a delivery of fresh linens, comforters and towels for your booking.

This artist’s apartment is truly unique and located right in the heart of Paris. A gated door, barely visible from the street, will lead you into a private passageway and away form the hustle and bustle of the cafés and restaurants outside. You’ll walk up to the 4th floor and immediately find yourself in the light, open space of an artist; from the graffiti on the walls and the urban decor, to the artist’s tables and utensils, this large open-plan kitchen-living room, breathes creativity. Because the majority of the floor-space has been allocated to the large living area, the double bed is cosily tucked away at the back of the apartment, on a raised level with no outside light, perfect for a good night’s sleep. There is a large cupboard with sliding mirrored doors which provides ample storage space for your belongings and the apartment features a shower room and a separate toilet/laundry room, including a both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and all mod cons.

The apartment is just a stone’s throw from Etienne Marcel métro station, which is only 10 minutes from the Eurostar terminal at Gare du Nord. (Take métro Line 4, direction Montrouge). The apartment is also within easy walking distance of Châtelet-Les-Halles station, which is about 45 minutes by train from both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports (RER B). When you exit the station at Châtelet-Les-Halles, be sure to follow the signposts to « Sortie Saint-Eustache ». This is the closest exit to the apartment and you can admire the stunning gothic architecture of the Saint-Eustache church as you go past.

Once you’ve dropped your bags at the apartment and settled in, be sure to go back to visit the13th century « Saint-Eustache » church; it’s every bit as beautiful as the more famous Notre Dame Cathedral, but you can often wander around relatively undisturbed by tourists and won’t have to queue to get in. It is near the site of the former fresh food markets « Les Halles » which were demolished in 1971 and replaced with a huge and largely underground shopping centre called the « Forum des Halles ». If you travelled by public transport to the apartment, this is where you will have arrived, before taking the escalator out to the street. If you’re looking for high street brands, electronics, books and so on, you can spend hours shopping in the Forum, and it is also home to one of Paris’ biggest cinemas (showing movies in original languages). Several new health-food shops have also sprung up in the area, and there are supermarkets and bakeries everywhere you turn. For some of the best baguettes and cakes in Paris, take a walk over to the « rue Rambuteau ». In such a lively area, you’ll be spoilt for choice by the sheer number of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops near the apartment; you’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from the fashionable « rue Montorgueil » (cheese shops, produce stands, flower shops…) and just five minutes’ walk from « Centre Pompidou » which houses Paris’ fantastic modern art museum and boasts the spectacular views across Paris from « Georges » restaurant on its roof. This truly is an area that never sleeps.
