This breezy, 1 bedroom, light filled apartment provides you with the modern amenities you need/want (washer/dryer; cable TV/Wi-Fi, stove/oven and heated towel rack).  This beautifully restored apartment with high wooden beamed ceilings, gorgeous refinished hardwood floors and comfortable furniture is the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate after spending a stimulating day exploring some of the most famous historical and modern sites Paris has to offer.  All within minutes from the apartment!

Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) this apartment faces a beautiful courtyard and sleeps two.  Saint-Michel metro station is on Line 4 and it offers a connection to the St-Michel – Notre-Dame metro stop. To get to the central part of this area the metro station that will take you to the heart of this dazzling district is Place Monge.  If you would like to ride the bus these routes are closest: 24, 47, 63, 86 and 87.


Located in the 5th district also known as the Panthéon it is situated on the left bank of the River Seine.  It is notable for being the location of the Latin Quarter one oldest districts dating back to Roman times.  Today you can still find traces of ancient Roman ruins such as: Luteth’s Arena, a Roman Amphitheater, Thermes de Cluny and the Roman thermae.


Known for its student life, lively atmosphere, and bistros, the Latin Quarter is home to a number of higher educational establishments the most famous being the Sorbonne University founded in the Middle Ages.  The bohemian culture and rich history provides some of the most unique sites Paris has to offer.


Attractions not to be missed!  The Panthéon is an 18th-century mausoleum where France buries its national heroes. It is the resting place of Madame Marie Curie, Victor Hugo, Voltaire and most recently Madame Simone Veil.

The Natural Museum of History, Curie Museum and the Cluny Museum are all located within this bustling district.  It is also home to the magnificent Luxembourg Gardens which boasts over 200 hundred sculptures.

Square René-Viviani is home to one of this districts most closely guarded secrets; the oldest tree in Paris-a Locust tree planted in 1601.  Right around the corner is the famous Shakespeare and Company bookstore where taking a cup of coffee you can hear the ringing of Notre Dames famous bells.
